I owned this butter dish since August 2023 and it has served me really well. Sturdy.
This may not be for everyone but I leave my butter in this dish on the counter. A while ago I have started to buy really fancy butter, that has low water content and I found that storing it in this dish on a counter has been no problem at all.
The dish is dishwasher safe, but the top should be handwashed.
